X線撮影により、ICチップ内部のワイヤ形状を検査し、ワイヤボンディング配線の断線、ショート、曲がり等の不良を自動判定する技術です。この技術を活用することで、IC内部で発生する不良の検査の自動化が可能になります。

＜概要＞
- 開発したワイヤ検査ソフトとX線検査ソフト（BSFM）の機能と連結することにより、IC内部画像を自動検査
- 被検査体、検査仕様を基にカスタムでソフト製作可能 Diagnose the IC image and judge the defects automatically
＜適用用途＞
- ワイヤーボンディング後の工程（ICモールド加工等）で、発生するICチップ内部の不良検査。 Inspection of defects inside the IC chip that occurs in processes after wire bonding (such as IC mold processing).
- ロットアウト製品の再検査。 Re-inspect to the defect products.
- 製造ロット毎の、仕上がり確認。 Finish check for each lot.
