• リールに巻かれた部品を横方向から全面撮影し、個々の部品の内部を検査します。

The whole part of the part wound on the reel is photographed from the lateral direction, and the inside of each part is inspected.

• 画面上の個々の部品は、画面内の位置で特定します。

Each part on the screen is identified by its position in the screen.

• 各画面を合成することによりリール全体での部品の位置を特定できます。

By synthesize each screen, the position of the part in the whole reel can be specified.

• 各部品位置を集計することにより部品の員数を計数できます。

Count the number of parts by counting the position of each part.

• チップトランジスタの場合はワイヤの形状検査も可能です。

In the case of chip transistors, wire shape inspection is also possible.
